EFT & Transformational Coaching with Gem
Hi, I’m Gem! (they/them)
I support neurodivergent and/or LGTBQ+ people to reconnect with their personal power, take up space and impact the world in ways they’ve never dreamt of.
A bit more about me…
I’m queer, non-binary and a co-parent in a neurodivergent unschooling family.
My exploration of neurodivergence began in 2017 when a family member experienced an intense period of what I later came to realise was Autistic burnout. Desperate to support them, I threw myself into hours of research, connecting with Autistic advocates and community. This led me to learn more about Sensory Processing Disorder, Autism and PDA and eventually to my family member getting a diagnosis. As is the case with many families, this experience caused me to question my own neurotype and following much imposter syndrome, soul-searching and research, I now proudly self-identify as Autistic.
Having trained as a Transformational Coach, as well as an EFT & Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner, I now support neurodivergent and/or LGBTQIA+ people with their own self-exploration, helping them feel empowered to live life in a way that expresses the truest version of themselves.
When I’m not coaching clients or spending time with my two young children, you’ll find me working on my own activism, which usually focuses on LGBTQ+ rights, fat liberation and children’s rights. I also host Queers & Co., a podcast on body liberation, self-empowerment and activism.
I hold the following qualifications and am regulated by the Association for Coaching:
Diploma in Transformational Coaching – Animas Centre for Coaching, London
EFT Level 3 Advanced Practitioner – EFTMRA
EFT Level 1 & 2 Practitioner – EFTMRA
Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner – EFTMRA

FAA Level 2 Award in First Aid for Youth Mental Health
