Meet Aurelia

I am a late-diagnosed  neurodivergent woman currently working at Google as Neurodiversity advocacy lead, I’m also a policy research fellow at the University of Cambridge, advising on topics of Disability inclusion and advocacy.
I provide personalized career and executive coaching for individuals of all backgrounds, with a special focus on supporting neurodivergent individuals and persons with disabilities.
With over 15 years of experience in leadership roles across six different countries, I’m passionate about helping individuals unlock their full potential and leverage their unique strengths through a holistic approach to their whole identity.

My tailored advice is designed to help you navigate transition, provide support and help you thrive authentically. My practice is neuro-affirmative, trans & LGBTQIIA+ friendly and based on the social model of disability.

I am a UESCA-certified running coach, I believe sports should be accessible to all and As a neurodivergent athlete myself, I understand the challenges that can come with staying consistent, especially when dealing with executive dysfunction, sensory overload, or procrastination. My coaching style is structured but flexible, designed to support your nervous system, not overwhelm it. I’ll help you build sustainable routines, reduce decision fatigue, and create momentum, even on the days when motivation is nowhere to be found. Whether you’re training for a race or just trying to stay active without burning out, we’ll work together to find a rhythm that actually works for you.
