Hi, I’m Michela. I’m really glad you’re here and taking a moment to get to know me a little.

This one-off session is a dedicated space to explore what’s going on for you right now, emotionally, physically, and in the wider context of your life. It’s a place to bring whatever feels present, confusing, heavy, or simply unnameable, and begin to make sense of it in a way that feels safe, doable, and grounded in self-compassion.

I’m a Neurodiversity and Wellbeing Coach, and my work is shaped by both professional training and my own lived experience as a neurodivergent adult.

🧭 What This Session Is

This isn’t a checklist or a rushed problem-solving hour.

It’s a conversation, grounded, safe, and shaped around what matters most to you.

We might explore:

  • What’s bringing you here and what feels most present
  • What feels heavy, unclear, or misaligned in your day-to-day life
  • How your energy, sensory world, emotions, or executive function are impacting you
  • What drains you, what sustains you, and what helps you regulate or self soothe
  • Your values, interests, passions, and the threads that make you you
  • How it might feel to ‘come out,’ to family, friends and/or work
  • How recent or long-standing patterns might make more sense through an ND affirming lens
  • What kind of support feels safe, doable, and aligned with your needs

You can bring anything, even if you don’t yet have the words for it.

🌱 What You Might Leave With
You won’t walk away with everything solved; that’s not the purpose of a single session.
But you may leave with:

  • A clearer sense of what’s going on beneath the surface
  • Language for experiences that previously felt confusing or overwhelming
  • A deeper understanding of what supports you emotionally and physically
  • A sense of being seen, understood, and met without judgement
  • A grounded next step, whether that’s coaching or something else
  • A feeling that something has softened, clarified, or begun

This session is a small but meaningful step toward something bigger, understanding yourself, supporting yourself, and moving forward with more clarity and compassion.

🤍 A Space for Awareness, Acceptance, and Self Compassion
This session is especially supportive if you’re:

  • Newly diagnosed or exploring neurodiversity
  • Unsure what’s going on but sensing something isn’t aligning
  • Feeling overwhelmed, burnout, or emotionally fatigued
  • Wanting to understand your patterns, needs, and lived experience
  • Seeking a safe, attuned space to explore without judgement

My role is to meet you where you are, with awareness, acceptance, and self-compassion and help you begin to understand what supports you, what matters to you, and what helps you feel more like yourself.
